Blue-Gray Kitchen makeover

We started with this outdated oak kitchen with hunter green laminate countertops, and brass looking hardware.  

 Here's a close up of the countertops

With just some sanding, paint, and backsplash we turned it into this...

We chose a blue-gray for the majority of the kitchen cabinets with a marble looking countertop

 ( created with paint over the previous green countertops)

We then went with a navy blue for the island to tie in the navy accents of the adjacent rooms with satin nickel hardware throughout the kitchen.
