Maternity Look: Nude Tunic with Leggings

I wore this comfy maternity look while spending the day running errands.  The flat sandals kept me comfy for an entire day of walking.  Any tunic style will work for this look, just belt it above the belly to show off your shape.

Bakery/Cafe Design Reveal

Today we are revealing the entire 3 Bears Bakery space.  We began with the following design boards to give the direction of the space.  We combined many rustic elements, such as the light fixtures, flooring, and antique dresser used as a coffee station, and kept it modern with glossy yellow chairs and sleek looking leather furniture.  Wide stripes on the wall helped break up the long hallway like space and create a cozy space allowing customers to linger longer.  Check out the completed renovation below.

Maternity Style: 23 Weeks

Printed Shorts...

Necklace (similar style) / Necklace (similar style) / T-shirt / Printed Shorts / Denim Vest : Light Wash / Lipstick: #750 Kiss me Coral / Eyeshadow: Sunlit Bronze

Throughout my pregnancy so far I have tried to purchase as many items that I can reuse as possible.  These printed shorts have an elastic waist so I could wear them under my belly, but also use them post pregnancy.  A classic ruched maternity tee is layered with a simple denim vest to create a more interesting look.  I am finding myself doing a lot more layering now that I am pregnant so I can invest in only maternity basics and use accessories to make my outfits more interesting. Paired with bronzed skin, bronze eyeshadow and an orang-ey coral lipstick this summer look is perfectly airy yet chic.

How to create Perfect Dining Room Pairings

The Dining room is all about gathering with your friends and family, enjoying a meal, and catching up on the day. One of the most important aspects of the Dining Room is your table of course.  It has to be large enough to accommodate everyone, be the right shape and material for your uses, and acts as the anchor to the room.

The chandelier is the jewelry of the room.  It gives the room the dim soft lighting you want to create the right atmosphere or lights up the whole table for crafts and homework sessions.  I have created these perfect pairings of gorgeous dining tables and wonderful chandeliers to simplify your Dining Room design.

The Emerson Table from West Elm is perfectly rustic and modern at the same time

 Crystal and Metal Orb Chandelier
I love it paired with this mix of rustic bronze and elegant crystals

The Banks Reclaimed wood table from Pottery Barn looks traditional with it's carved detail legs

 Circle Lattice Hanging Lantern
Two of these lanterns above it would be perfect

This small metal top round table from Anthropologie can fit in a small dining room or kitchen

 16" Clear Glass Sphere Chandelier
This clear glass sphere modernizes the rustic wood and metal table and brings airy-ness to the space

This White distressed Farmhouse table from Ballard Designs has classic notched legs

 Hammered Steel Oversized Dome Pendant
This hammered metal pendant mimics the zinc top of the table and adds to the rustic farmhouse style of the table.  Two above this long table would fit perfectly.

Will you be updating your dining room soon? What do you think of these pairings?
