FULL DESIGN SERVICES
Full Design Services offer the client a professionally designed room or home, with all of the perks of having a fully designed space. This all-inclusive service includes many or all of the following steps as needed:
1. Consultation/Walk-through of Home.
2. Presentation of Concept to the Client.
3. Shopping/ Designer begins work in the Market.
4. Installation/ Designer begins work in the Home.
Full Design Services are fully customizable allowing the client to choose any or all of the steps involved to create the desired look of a room.
Pricing:
Full Design services are billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour.
*Full Design Service clients will be billed reimbursable expenses in addition to the hourly rate for necessary travel.

E-DESIGN SERVICES
E-Design services are perfect for the client who wants some direction with the design of a room or a professional perspective on your current design ideas.  29 Design Studio offers two options for E-Design services.
Option 1: Design Boards: Designer creates a "mood board" for the desired room to give the client a concept and direction for a room. This includes images of furniture styles, paint colors, and  fabrics that give the client a direction to then choose the items for their space.
Pricing:
- Living Area/ Dining Room/  Bedroom/ Office- $600
- Kitchen/ Bathroom/Hallway/ Entryway- $400
Option 2: Custom E-Design plan: Designer creates a Concept and inspiration for the desired room complete with design board, room layout, written explanation, specific paint and fabric selections, and source list of chosen furniture and products.  This option includes one round of revisions.
Pricing:
- Living Area/ Dining Room- $950
- Bedroom/ Office- $750

HOME STAGING
Home Staging is a great way to create the perfect setting for potential buyers to envision themselves in.  Home staging uses your existing furniture and accessories and arranges them in a different way to maximize a room's potential.  Staging may also be supplemented with rented or purchased furniture if needed.  Home staging can also result in minor improvements, and repairs to improve a space and maximize the sellers offers.  Home Staging includes:
- 1-2 hour consultation and walk through of the home
- Written Report of suggested changes which may include new room layouts, paint colors to change, rearrangement of furniture and accessories, and minor repairs and fixes.
Pricing:
Home staging is billed at a flat fee of $250.
*Additional design services to complete any suggested improvements will be billed on an hourly rate of $75  per hour.
Home staging is also a great option for a homeowner just hoping to spruce up their current space or get a fresh perspective for their home.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1 hour fix:
1 hour consultation to use however the client prefers: rearranging furniture & accessories, creating a design plan for the home, selecting paint colors, or just a second opinion.
Pricing:
The 1 hour fix is billed at a flat fee of $75.
